Day Winding Down

Well, today seemed to whiz right by. Out of the things that I needed to get done, I didn't get the make-up exam done, but I did reschedule that for early next week.

After that, I went to Transfer Science. Upon getting there, I found out that my group leader (who I now know is completely technologically challenged) somehow deleted our presentation. Well, what happened was the following:

1. He downloaded the file.
2. Worked on it.
3. Clicked save.
4. Logged off and went to lunch.

Looks correct, right? Well, here's my commentary:

1. He downloaded to his Temporary Files folder, like Internet Explorer is defaulted to do (that's bad by the way!) and his "active" folder is now the Temporary Files folder.
2. No problems here other than he was doing it 2 hours before class was starting.
3. He didn't click Save As which lets him name the file, tell it where to save, etc. SO, it got saved to his "active" folder.
4. Your Temporary Files are deleted whenever you log off...'nuff said.

Well, our professor was really cool about it, and he'll let us present next Thursday.

Now, I'm out for the day, and I'm really torn as to whether I should play on my Wii or my computer for a while... Let's consider the game choice then: Mass Effect or Star Wars: The Force Unleashed? Well, I'm a complete Star Wars nerd, but I also really enjoy a good RPG. Ugh, I'm torn...I'll go back to Mass Effect. I guess I should be glad I'm not addicted to Travian anymore, I have so much more free time than usual.

Although, I should do some Differential Equations homework since we have a quiz tomorrow...stupid conscience...here I come math.
